Based in Gentry, Arkansas, we serve homeowners and businesses throughout Benton, Washington and Madison Counties, and our team is expanding to meet demand.
HIRING: Floor Coating Installer
Pace X Coatings is seeking hard-working individuals to fill several of our Floor Coating Installer positions within our growing team! You will need to have a hard-working attitude and good customer interaction skills for this position.
Responsibilities:
• Report to our Farm/Shop/Office daily near Highfill, Arkansas just south of the NWA Airport
• Assist with the installation of concrete floor coatings
• Interact with clients in a friendly and polite manner while providing 100% customer satisfaction
• Organize and track materials, tools, and supplies on the equipment trailers
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment
• Crew leaders will be required to document all work performed by taking before and after photos on each job site
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
• Familiarity with units of measurement, knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Self-motivated and on time
• Ability to work well in teams
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in various situations
• Good attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
This position is a year-round, full-time, hourly rate position that also offers an excellent opportunity for advancement! Depending on your individual skill set, the starting pay rate is between $17.00 – $20.00 per hour. With a Performance/Quality Bonus applied after the 90-day training period.
